Cross Roads Farm and Craft Market Welcomes New Vendors

Come to Cross Roads Farm and Craft Market.
“I have fallen in love with Cross Roads,” said Stephanie Green, owner of Gypsy’s Trinkets. The artist fuses glass to create stunning pendants and a torch to produce lampwork beads for her gorgeous jewelry. “The market is full of friends and mentors. It is a very friendly and exciting place to have my small business. I did the craft fair circuit and am so glad I’ve made my home here at Cross Roads.”
Green will begin her second season at Cross Roads when the market reopens on May 2.
Green is able to sell her pieces in her own small shop, and often takes time to break out the blowtorch and create custom pieces on site. “Here I’m able to talk to my customers and find out what they want. Together we can figure out what works best for them, and I can tailor my designs to suit them. That is so much harder to do at a one- or two-day craft show or online. I love that I can see their faces and my customers become friends.”
Spaces are available for booths of all sizes, both indoors and out. For artisans, antique vendors, and agricultural vendors, the May-to-December market offers the opportunity to sell their wares in a family friendly atmosphere.
The market offers a place to set up shop and hone one’s business acumen, or expand and advertise an existing business. “My booth was a blank canvas, so I customized it to showcase my products. Even though we’re all in the same three buildings together, each shop is unique. I just want to see my business and Cross Roads grow and offer more and more to our visitors,” Green said. “I love Cross Roads.”
Open from the first Saturday in May until the last Saturday before Christmas, Cross Roads Farm and Craft Market, located at 6017 Westfield-Sherman Road (County Route 21) in Westfield NY, is a charming, rustic destination.
